After a lengthy break from blogging about exercise, I am back at it. Today we had the new season of wheelchair basketball starting, and while the kids are playing I took time to do a quick high intensity interval training workout using the 7 MWC app. I’ve just learned that doing yoga for a few weeks does not do much for your cardio. The #yogachallenge I’m doing with my brother-in-law has been good for my back and my flexibility, but I’m completely winded after a 7 minute workout. That said, I’m glad I took the time for MY health.
